This form is on the section of the website for making a new account. It is used by students who have taken the ACT (or plan on taking it) so they can make an account to see their scores online.
The site's page does validate. At the time of this page being made, the document has only one error when run through the validator, which is the smallest amount of errors from any tested website so far.
I would give the site's design an 8/10. It has a nice color scheme and background image and all of the text is easy to read.
I would give the site's usability a 10/10. It is incredibly easy to use.
The site does meet its purpose. It provides an easy way to set up your myact account to see your scores online, and has nice design to it.
